Shipping Policy

Live products require Overnight shipping and lead times. We process orders to ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Tracking will be emailed to you as it becomes available.

We ship to street addresses in the continental United States. We're sorry, but we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please contact us, prior to placing an order, if your shipping address falls outside these regions. 

RealGoodBugs.com is able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

Receipt of Your Order

It is extremely important to check your order upon receipt. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt if there is a discrepancy with your order.
